The three-week long study programme was divided into two parts. The first two weeks took place in Riga with an intensive study schedule, which was divided in four blocks:
• Association Agreement with the European Union and recent developments in EU Law
• Judicial enforcement of anti-corruption
• Public finance and money laundering
• Good governance
The second part of the project took part in Kiev, where the one-week long lectures and seminar discussions were covered by RGSL and Transparency International Latvia in cooperation with IFES Ukraine.
