On Tuesday, 30 January the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Zaneta Mikosa, Riga Graduate School of Law lecturer as the Representative of the Republic of Latvia and specialized nature resources and environment law arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA).
Zaneta has a Social Science Master’s Degree in Law from University of Latvia and well as Master’s Degree in EU Law from Copenhagen Business School.
PCA was established in 1899 to facilitate arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution between states. The PCA has developed into a modern, multi-faceted arbitral institution perfectly situated to meet the evolving dispute resolution needs of the international community.
