Thank you to all of you who attended the seminar on Swedish arbitration law “Swedish fika and arbitration” at Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) on 16 February, organized by the Swedish Arbitration Association and RGSL.
The speakers reviewed the current state of Swedish arbitration law and practice, and panel of Latvian and Swedish experts explored a number of issues related to use and abuse of arbitration law both in Latvia and Sweden.
