On 14 February 2025 RGSL Lecturer Ieva Miluna gave an interview for the Latvia Radio 1 in the broadcast "(non)Diplomatic lunch". She spoke on the international rule of law and the arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court.
The interview tried to give answers to the following questions:
1. How influential is the International Criminal Court, if States can freely withdraw from it and its judgments do not bind all States?
2. What does the relative weakness of the International Criminal Court mean for the rule of law in the world?
3. Is there a possibility to offer an alternative justice mechanism that would be more efficient?
4. What are the most realistic and possible scenarios with regard to the arrest warrants for Putin and Netanyahu?
