This autumn, Riga Graduate School of Law launches the second online Intensive Programme in European Law and Economics.
It is an online-based training on legal, political and economic functioning of the European Union with a duration of twelve weeks, from 27 September to 17 December 2021 via Zoom platform.
Participants will be offered a list of 20 courses from which they would have to choose six. One course lasts six weeks. There will be two lectures every day: one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. The duration of each course is six days, and online lectures in each course take place once a week (3 hours). The participants would also have to devote approx. 2 hours per week to independent work on the assignments and projects.
Upon passing of exams and completion of the Programme, participants receive a certificate of programme completion.
Eligible candidates are professionals from the European Neighbourhood Policy countries, Central Asia and the Western Balkans, with at least two years of work experience in the public sector, non-governmental organisations or academia.
Eligible countries are Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Georgia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, State of Palestine, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
The Programme is free of charge.
