Riga Graduate School of Law congratulates RGSL faculty member Toms Krūmiņš on a successful doctoral thesis defence 10 May at Copenhagen University.
Toms was a PhD student in a joint PhD Programme launched by Riga Graduate School of Law and the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen. The PhD Programme in Law with specialisation in International and European Law was launched in 2013.
Toms Krūmiņš thesis are titled “Arbitration and Human Rights - Lack of Setting-Aside Proceedings as a Violation of the ECHR.” The thesis has been evaluated by a committee consisting of Associate Professor Sylivie Cécile Cavaleri, UCPH, Professor Loukas Mistelis, Queen Mary University, Associate Professor Inga Kacevska, University of Latvia. Supervisors are Professor Clement Salung Petersen, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen and Associate Professor Galina Zukova, Riga Graduate School of Law.
