On 2 September at 11:00 Riga Graduate School of Law started its academic year of 2019/20 with an Introductory day for the first year Bachelor students.
RGSL has a mission to deliver excellent legal education within a global context. This has been achieved by attracting an internationally-renowned faculty and focusing on international and European law. But true internationalization of the school would not be possible without international students. This year, RGSL first year students for “Law & Business” and “Law & Diplomacy” Bachelor programmes come from Armenia, Bangladesh, Finland, Georgia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Nigeria, Russia, Sweden and USA.
We are proud to see that this year over 50% from our new Masters students come from abroad – from Bulgaria, Ecuador, Germany, Kenya, Kosovo, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey and Uzbekistan. They will study Technology Law, International and European Law, Law and Finance, Public International Law and Human Rights, EU Law and Policy and Transborder Commercial Law.
We wish all of our students a very successful study year and welcome into the RGSL Family!
