We at Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) were happy to host the public discussion on “Current state of the conflict settlement in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine: Security, Political and Human Rights Implications of the illegal Russian military presence” organized by the Embassies of Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine to the Republic of Latvia in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia on 26 February, 2019. The discussion was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, government and parliament, as well as academia and students.
Discussion was opened by the Acting Rector of RGSL, Jānis Ikstens.
