The Norbert Reich Memorial Lecture, that celebrated his life and work, took place on 29 June. Professor Norbert Reich (09/09/1937-17/10/2015) was the second Rector of Riga Graduate School of Law. The lecture was led by Professor Hans Micklitz (EUI), who is one of Europe’s leading private lawyers and focused on The Politics of European Integration through Law.
