Seminar with Advocate General of the ECJ, Eleanor Sharpston, on practical aspects of court procedure
As part of the LL.M course on Integratation and the European Court of Justice, a special seminar was held for the students attending the course. The seminar was given by Eleanor Sharpston, who is currently the first Advocate General of the court. Based on current and recent cases, the seminar addresed practical issues of court procedure and how best to solve these issues.
