RGSL proceeds with its work at the Advisory Council of the International and European Law independent experts

On 9 August 2012, the Advisory Council of the International and European Law independent experts (hereinafter - International Law Advisory Council) to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs convened for its second meeting.
 
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Edgars Rinkēvičs, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the Council's opinion on the EU Treaty on Stabilization, Coordination and Governance in the Economic and Monetary Union (EU Treaty of Fiscal Discipline) in the framework of EU law and the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia (Satversme) that has been also published in the "Latvian Herald".
 
The International Law Advisory Council in its current session continued work on the next consultative issues.
 
The RGSL is represented at the International Law Advisory Council by RGSL lecturer Ieva Miluna and RGSL visiting lecturers Kristine Kruma, Martins Paparinskis and Ieva Kalnina.
