Dr. Isabel Lirola is the Senior Lecturer for International and European Law in the Law Faculty of Santiago de Compostela University (Spain). She has authored several publications on the external action of the European Union and JHA. The lectures at the RGSL will take a critical appraisal on the new instruments for the external action of the European Union as established by the Lisbon Treaty and to the EU-US relations on internal and justice affairs concerning terrorism. Dr. Lirola speaks English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
