On 5 December 2014 at 14:00 the Graduation Ceremony of the Advanced Programme in Law and Economics will take place at Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL).
During the ceremony graduates of the Programme will be adressed by the H.E. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia Mr. Edgars Rinkēvičs, the Rector of RGSL Prof. Dr. George Ulrich and the Programme Director Peter Gjortler. Partners of the Programme and ambassadors of the respective countries are invited to participate in the Ceremony, as well as friends and faculty members of RGSL.
Advanced Programme in European Law and Economics for Eastern Partnership Region and Central Asia is a special 12-week full-time training programme, funded by the government of Latvia, offering education and practical knowledge transfer for public officials, as well as representatives of civil society and academia from the European Union Eastern Neighbourhood, including Eastern Partnership region and Central Asia. In 2014 the programme countries include: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.
Partners of the Programme include the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia, the Latvian Institute of International Affairs, the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, the University of Latvia, and the European Institute for Public Administration.
