The Programme is developed for professionals from public administration, NGOs and academia. This time, 32 participants from 12 countries – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan – will take part in the Programme.
The Advanced Programme is implemented by Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia and is financially supported by the Kingdom of Norway.
Since 2014, 173 representatives from 19 countries have graduated the Programme. It is is taught by academics from RGSL, the Latvian Institute of International Affairs, University of Latvia, Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and European Institute of Public Administration.
The Programme takes place at RGSL on Strēlnieku 4-k2.
