This year, Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) is celebrating its 20th Anniversary. To mark the occasion, we will host a conference titled “The Changing Legal Profession: Perspectives on the Future of Legal Education” on 23 May.
During the conference we will give the floor to distinguished academics and professionals to share their views on the transformation of legal profession and education in light of increasing internationalisation, technological development and digitalisation.
Professor Inete Ziemele, President of the Constitutional Court of Latvia, RGSL faculty and a former judge at the European Court of Human Rights will elaborate on legal education in a globalised and interdependent world.
We are pleased to announce that Eleanor Sharpston, Advocate General of the European Court of Justice and RGSL Honorary Professor, will be addressing the participants of the conference.
