RGSL academic trio – Inese Druviete (PhD, Docent and Bachelor Programme Director at RGSL), Jūlija Jerņeva (PhD candidate and visiting lecturer at RGSL), and Aravamudhan Ulaganathan Ravindran (PhD candidate at RGSL) have published an article “Disclosure of evidence in Central and Eastern European countries in light of the implementation of the Damages Directive”.
